Collaborations for Jacques Ferrier then Nieto Sobejano (Madrid) followed Denis Bouvier’s training at Strasburg’s ENSAIS school of architecture. After joining Groupe-6 in 2001 and becoming an associate in 2005, he designed Arras Hospital (2008) and contributed to Orleans Hospital (2014) – projects that are sensitive to their urban context and boast exemplary HEQ environmental credentials. Denis has been teaching at the Grenoble school of architecture since 2003 and is developing the agency’s expertise in fields of culture, teaching and research: refurbishment of the Dauphiné region's former assembly building as a museum (2007) ; European Synchrotron Radiation Facility competition (2008) ; biomedical research centre on the Strasburg campus (2009) ; TEMIS Science centre in Besançon (2010) ; Rennaz Hospital in Switzerland (2011).
