Aude Nyadanu, polytechnicienne and doctor of chemistry, founded Lowpital, a collaborative innovation platform dedicated to improve the patient experience in hospital. As an AP-HP employee during the first Covid crisis, she developed the volunteer platform through citizen engagement. She looks back at examples of organizational and low-tech innovation at the hospital, the prospects for transformation she imagines and her desire to use citizen engagement to discuss the hospital of the future.
