Valuing its remarkable site, the property complex forms a series of built hills whose large landscaped terraces emerge in the middle of a Mediterranean garden. The site preserves its qualities, those of a lung of greenery in the middle of the city, vestige of its landscape of Mediterranean littoral. Centered in its plot, the project is expressed by its gables, rather than by its alignments on the street. The hotel, in contrast, emerges from the block like a crystalline signal.
