Sophie Rosso began her career as a property developer. After working as an adviser to the City of Paris, she became deputy director at Redman. When her younger son fell ill, she came to know the paediatric oncology department at La Timone Hospital in Marseille. She became a carer and witnessed inequalities at first hand. This experience changed the direction of her career. In early 2025, she joined Yci Santé to build or refurbish multidisciplinary health centres and tackle the shortage of care in deprived neighbourhoods.
