Renovation of « Le Victorien » office block, CIC (Crédit Industriel et Commercial) bank’s headquarters, Paris

CIC Paris 9
Immeuble tertiaire

Right in the heart of Paris, the renovation of « Le Victorien » office block, combines efficiency and new uses.

This state-of-the-art renovation project will adapt the CIC and Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale office space to today’s working practices, while preserving the heritage value of the Parisian block as well as enhancing its sustainable credentials.

The interior renovation enables to enjoy wider, more welcoming and flow-friendly workspaces. The greening of both the courtyard and the roofs, which allow an exceptional over-view to the city, provides added value in use, embedding the working areas to living spaces. The renovation keeps all the original facades and roofs, including the ones ranked as Historical Monuments, while the environmental renovation concerns the 1994 extension, 98% of whose original structure is preserved. On the other hand, its outdated technical equipment is replaced, as well as the water-repellent curtains façades that will change into a high-performance undulating one.
