Émeraude, offices building

The main entrance is in the north, under the building, with a wood wall, to protect the visitor and put the light on this facade in the shade. Ground floor and floors, hosting the offices, allow, by level, a division into two independent entities from the central distribution core. The volume is very compact and the façades alternate between clear-tinted concrete part and aluminum windows. Corner windows allow this large vertical checkerboard to remain homogeneous on the periphery. A metallic border underlines the horizon and stops the rythm of the panels. The planted roof above the parking offers pleasant views for the occupants of buildings opposite.
