A futuristic project as a new city entrance
The mixed-use project Concorde Plazza is implanted in border of the large N7, just after the end of the tunnels going to the airport of Orly. By its very futuristic image, it transform the entrance of the city of Athis-Mons. The project gathers 30 000 m ² of commercial areas and restoration, a complex cinema with 8 salles, and a hotel offer, completed by a leisure and activities center, understanding the aeronautical museum Delta renovated at its occasion. Shops take place on each side of an open-air street. Underground parkings are fitted out and welcome a pedestrian buried progress allowing a crossing of the N7 in complete safety.
