Minelle mall in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, Cannes

An active park

The project extends over more than 17 ha. He develops an unpublished concept mixing shopping and well-being, user-friendliness and sports, natural activity and family, in an exceptional frame recomposed around an immense landscaped space. Associating the restructuring and the extension of the site of the Giant Casino and the development of its exceptional site, the project forms a new heart of activity on the West of Mandelieu and gives access to an at present inaccessible wet landscaped zone. This space of family user-friendliness is dedicated to leisure activities and of bienêtre: a fitness trail, a playground for children reassured, a space outdoor fitness, the existing riding school, picnic areas. The expansion of the commercial gallery to the west allows for new shops and medium-sized surfaces (crafts and gardening). It extends restaurants and their privatizable attachments into collaborative office space, which sits around a pond that facilitates stormwater management. South of the park, vegetable gardens allow for the installation of maraichers, while their production is valued in the little Halle dedicated to local producers, next to the restaurants.
