A cutting edge world-class facility, the image-guided invasive microsurgery institute (IHU) will be a major asset for the Strasbourg University Hospital. The building designed to house its high-tech laboratories and technical and research platforms architecture is both remarkable and contextual, echoing the existing buildings in Strasbourg and the Petite France district and reinterpreting the traditional Alsatian rooftop. Clad in frosted glass, it forms a precious showcase whose innovative structural design (Cobiax process) produces highly modular interior areas.
